I just released a small tool I wrote. It’s called BriefWizzard and is a great help on writing letters. Acting as a front-end to the Latex-template g-brief, it offers the ability to store the sender’s address, easily enter recipient’s information and greeting and even preview the result in-line in the tool itself.
It also let’s you store the letter in a proprietary format for later editing, as well as exporting it to PDF or Latex format.
Although it’s an early alpha version, it’s quite usable with one major drawback: it’s only available in German so far, because the Latex-template used doen’t support other languages. I hope this will change in the near future and it supports at least English as additional language.
